Leigh is located just a few miles to the west of Tonbridge in Kent, approximately 2 miles from the A21 dual carriageway exit for Sevenoaks (south) and Hildenborough.
From Sevenoaks Leave Sevenoaks going south on the B245 towards Tonbridge. Just before Hildenborough, turn right following signs to Leigh and Penshurst. Down the hill, past Hildenborough railway station, turn right at T-junction onto onto the B2027 (under the A21 flyover). After another mile, as you enter the village, the green is on your left and the pavilion is across the other side of the green.
From the M25 Leave the M25 by the Sevenoaks junction (Jn 5), noting that from the north you take the right fork as the motorway splits; from the east bear right as the motorway splits then take the first left onto the A21. Follow the A21 south, direction "Hastings". After 2-3 miles, having come down the big hill, leave the A21 onto the B245 signposted to Hildenborough. Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout.
After 2 miles, just before Hildenborough, turn right following signs to Leigh and Penshurst. Down the hill, past Hildenborough railway station, turn right at T-junction onto onto the B2027 ( under the A21 flyover). As you enter the village, the green is on your left and the pavilion is across the other side of the green.
From Edenbridge Follow the B2027 east through Four Elms and Chiddingstone Causeway. As you enter Leigh from the west, follow the road through the village past the Fleur de Lys pub, past the Bat & Ball pub, until you reach the green on your right. The pavilion is across the other side of the green. |
